Our speech-language pathology services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring personalized care that fosters effective communication skills. Speech-Language Pathology Services from your Home

  • We provide speech and language services that are personalized to each person’s needs. We treat both children and adults, with focused expertise in K-8. Our services include:

    • Speech Sound Disorders: Helping people say sounds more clearly and correctly.

    • Language Disorders: Supporting people who have trouble understanding or using language.

    • Fluency Disorders: Helping with stuttering and making speech smoother.

    • Voice Disorders: Working on problems with how the voice sounds, like pitch, volume, or quality.

    • AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication): Helping people use tools or systems to communicate when they can’t use speech alone.

    • Social Communication: Teaching skills to help with conversations, body language, and interacting with others.

    A written report of services provided can be provided upon request for use in educational or medical settings.

    We currently can provide services in English or Spanish.

  • Blazer Wellness provides speech-language pathology services virtually for clients in Kansas and Wisconsin. Clients may log-in from any location in these states, but may not log in when traveling outside of these states due to state-specific regulations.

    At this time, Blazer Wellness does not provide in-person treatment services. If this is a need for you, please email info@blazerstrategies.com.

  • We serve both children and adults. Children must be at least 4 years of age and able to actively participate in a telehealth session. All clients should be able to engage in virtual sessions with limited support.

  • We provide telehealth services. Clients and their families can choose 30- or 45-minutes sessions based on their needs, schedule, and goals.

    Clients may only participate in services when located in one of the states covered by current SLP’s licenses.

  • We currently provide self-pay services and are not contracted with any insurance providers. Our standard rates per session:

    • $60 per 30-Minute Session

    • $80 per 45-Minute Session

    Clients pay for appointments in advance and then schedule at their leisure and convenience. Clients receive a 10% discount for scheduling 4 or more sessions in advance.

    Superbills can be provided upon request for client-submission for insurance reimbursement.

  • Ready to explore services? Fill out the form below. We will reach out to you by your preferred method to fill out initial intake forms and collect information regarding your treatment history. We utilize HIPAA-compliant communication methods whenever communicating about private health information.

  • Clients have 100% control of their schedule. Once sessions are purchased and intake forms are received, clients will receive a link to our scheduling platform. You can schedule or reschedule your session(s) as needed up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled less than 12 hours in advance will count as one of the client’s purchased sessions.

    Technology-related session cancellations will be resheduled if the issue is on the part of the service provider or the virtual platform. Technology cancellations on the client-side will not be rescheduled and will count towards the total sessions purchased.

  • Clinical Director

    Allison Davenport is a licensed speech-language pathologist with a strong background in school-based therapy and a passion for supporting students’ communication and learning. Since 2016, she has worked with children from preschool through high school, helping them build skills in speech, language, literacy, and social communication.

    In addition to her school-based experience, she has worked for several years in private practice serving both children and adults. She has been providing telehealth services since 2020.

    Her clinical strengths include fluency disorders, articulation, motor speech, AAC (augmentative and alternative communication), and working with multilingual and Deaf/Hard of Hearing students. Allison is especially skilled at creating personalized strategies that support each client’s unique needs.

    She values teamwork and enjoys collaborating with educators and families to help every student grow with confidence. Outside of her clinical work, Allison is a cellist and music teacher, and she brings that same creativity and care into everything she does.

  • Speech Language Pathologist

    Jessie is a veteran Speech-Language Pathologist with 18 years
    experience. She loves supporting literacy through the foundational
    skills of speech and language. She also loves working with early
    communicators, minimally speaking clients, gestalt language
    processors, and users of AAC (Alternative and Augmentative
    Communication). She believes connection and collaboration are key elements to progress and success. In her free time, she enjoys all types of sewing projects, especially sewing clothes for her daughters, who are now ages 6 and 8.

  • Founder & CEO

    Keith runs the business-side of Blazer Wellness as the Founder & CEO of Blazer Strategies.

    Keith is a serial entrepreneur. He owns and leads several businesses in Gardner, Kansas. He founded Blazer Strategies in 2023 as an opportunity to make workplaces better and communities stronger.
