About Blazer Strategies

At Blazer Strategies, we know what it’s like to build something from the ground up—because we’ve done it ourselves. We started as a bespoke project-based business for small businesses and local political campaigns. We pivoted from politics to nonprofits, while continuing to serve businesses big and small.

Our name, Blazer, comes from the mascot of Gardner Edgerton High School, our hometown. It reminds us of where we started and keeps our work rooted in local community—because supporting founders and businesses in our own neighborhoods is at the heart of what we do. We know that some of the best people in the world lead businesses that need help, so we’ve built connections to meet that need.

We believe that businesses can change communities by developing their people culture and sharing their revenue success with their employees. This is why we do what we do. We know how to trim costs, increase revenues, and build strategic partnerships. Now we’re sharing that with others to shape not only their business, but also their community.

We were founded in 2023 by Keith Davenport and are proudly headquartered in Gardner. We have served clients from one-person startups to global companies with more than 20,000 employees, from local nonprofits to international professional associations.
